Communicate via phone, email, and chat to understand travel needs
Provide personalized recommendations on routes, airlines, and seating options
Address inquiries, resolve booking issues, and handle special requests professionally

🔹 Administrative Support

Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions
Process payments and send confirmations promptly
Stay informed on airline policies, travel restrictions, and industry trends
