Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of working 20-40 hours per week, with flexible working hours. As a Virtual Assistant, you will support clients across various industries, performing a wide range of tasks, including executive assistance, administrative support, marketing, social media management, content development, and much more.

This is a full-time, remote, W2 employee position—not a contractor role. You'll have the opportunity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment, often handling up to 10 clients simultaneously.
Support clients with various tasks, including managing marketing systems, website edits, content creation, social media management, and coordination with third-party platforms.
Proactively seek out and complete work from clients, ensuring all tasks are completed to their satisfaction.
Create and share daily and weekly progress reports with clients.
Accurately track time spent on client projects.
Attend regular team meetings and contribute to collaborative discussions.
Provide support for clients via video meetings, ensuring clear communication and professionalism.
Ideal Candidate:

Highly detail-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
Capable of working independently while remaining an integral part of a small, collaborative team.
Extensive customer service experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using various tools and systems, such as Wix, Teamwork, Google Suite, Shopify, WordPress, CRMs, and project management software.
Resourceful, with a strong ability to solve problems, create systems, and optimize processes.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
3-5 years of experience in an administrative assistant or executive assistant role.
Expertise in Microsoft Suite, CRMs, and project management tools.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive assistance and project management.
Excellent communication skills, especially in a remote work setting that requires clear and over-communicative practices.
A well-equipped home office setup, including a Mac or PC computer, high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a dedicated professional workspace.
