• Job Title: Vascular Surgeon

• Job Type: Locum Tenens

• Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient

• Coverage Type: Clinical Only

• Coverage Period: 04/06/2026 – Ongoing

• Clinical Shift Schedule: Day shifts, 8:00a – 5:00p

• Weekly Schedule: Four days per week

• Monthly Commitment: Minimum two weeks per month

• Start date: April 6, 2026

• Duration: Ongoing coverage with minimum two weeks per month availability

PATIENT INFORMATION

• Patient Demographics: Adult patients

• Admissions: Outpatient clinic visits and scheduled surgical cases

• Phone Consults: As required

• Case Mix: Vascular surgery clinic patients

FACILITY INFORMATION

• Office Equipment Available: Standard clinic and operating room resources

• Specialty Backup Available: Surgical subspecialty support

• Support Staff Available: Clinic and perioperative nursing staff

• Reason for Coverage: Ongoing locum coverage

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

• Licensing: Facility willing to license qualified candidates

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• Vascular surgery clinic evaluation and management

• Preoperative and postoperative patient care

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active medical license required; Idaho license preferred or willing to obtain

• Board: Board Certified in Vascular Surgery required

• Fellowship: Vascular Surgery fellowship required

• DEA: Active DEA required

• Other Qualifications: Ability to commit to scheduled clinic coverage without call

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide vascular surgery care in an outpatient clinic setting

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with vascular conditions

• Coordinate care plans and follow-up for vascular surgery patients

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

• Document patient encounters accurately and timely

• Comply with hospital policies and clinical standards
