As a General Service Associate within the U.S. Private Bank at J.P. Morgan you will be responsible for maintaining, deepening and enriching client relationships. Y ou will provide telephone based support to clients that require account and transaction assistance among other inquiries. You will partner with the broader Client Service organization, middle office and operations teams to deliver a seamless and integrated client experience across all Private Banking and firm products.
