As a Regional Escrow/Settlement Officer, you will be responsible for managing escrow transactions across multiple states, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and providing top-notch customer service.
Experience in Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio markets preferred.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in escrow and settlement services within the Title Insurance industry.
Other qualifications include:
• Strong knowledge of regional real estate laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Proficiency with escrow and settlement software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple transactions.
