• Total compensation = $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (includes base + tips)

Who are we looking for?
We are searching for a candidate who is:

• Passionate about ice cream
• Self-motivated and has a strong work-ethic
• Enthusiastic about serving others
• A team player
• Available to work evenings, typically 5pm - 10/11pm

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Serve ice cream with a friendly, helpful attitude and a SMILE!
• Meet daily job expectations such as cleanliness, portion control, service standards, and customer service
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Prepare ice cream toppings and other menu items with guidance
• Accurately describe all product details and menu items

Requirements

• Must be 16 or order
• Passionate about customer service
• Available to work in the evening

Physical Requirements:

• Move, traverse or remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours
• Constantly use manual (e.g., scooping ice cream) and automatic food service equipment and touchscreens
• Regularly move up to 25 pounds for a distance of 50 feet or more
• Occasionally ascend/descend ladder to clean or lift items stored above
• Occasionally position self to clean, maintain equipment, and retrieve items below counter height
