- Smoothies recipes are followed with no extra in blenders
- Portioning all fruits & powders to make smoothies
- Prep is completed correctly & following the prep sheet
- Daily cleaning lists are completed
- Temperature logs are done
- TheBlend videos are completed up to date
- Fully in uniform with black athletic pants, closed toed shoes with socks, hat/visor, SK
shirt/crewneck, hair pulled up
- Know how to refund on OLO (online orders) & register
- Know how to ring up The Blend Promise for remade smoothies
- Teamwork & accountability

Team Members are responsible for preparing and serving up our delicious, all-natural, energizing smoothies as well as consulting and assisting customers in choosing the right vitamins and nutritional supplements to help them reach their health and fitness goals. They are responsible for ensuring Guest satisfaction while following store policy.

We are looking for purpose-driven  Team Members  to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Team Member you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Team Member will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King

Qualifications:

• Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Food Service experience preferred but not required
• Commission Sales experience is helpful
• Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests
• Genuine care and understanding for people's needs
• Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS!
• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.
