The Sr Manager, Food Safety & Quality Digitalization plays a pivotal role in transforming the FSQA department by harnessing digital technologies to enhance food safety and quality management systems, ensuring compliance, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food science, quality management, and digital technologies. The individual will serve as the key liaison between food safety/quality, R&D, manufacturing teams and the IT department to drive the design and implementation of new and evolving end-to-end digital quality software applications. These include a digital quality management system, a connected workforce manufacturing system, including plant floor data collection & analysis, and formula management programs. This position focuses on analyzing, enhancing, and maintaining systems that support continuous improvement and data-driven analytics and decisions.

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$136,600-$196,300Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
