Job Overview:

We are seeking Solar Sales Closer who are eager to learn, motivated by financial success, and passionate about renewable energy. You will receive complete training and ongoing mentorship to help you thrive in this role. Your primary responsibility will be to educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and assist them in making the switch.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct consultations with homeowners to explain the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
• Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company
• Help customers understand financing options and available incentives
• Work closely with our design and installation teams to ensure a smooth process for customers
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients

What We Offer:

• Base Salary of $32,000 + Uncapped Commission (Average earnings range from $125,000 to $175,000)
