Social Media Manager
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can expand/strengthen the digital footprint our retail brands have across multiple platforms. The right candidate will define our brand voice, spark engagement, and grow visibility through creative content, community building, and innovative use of technology—including AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute a holistic social media strategy that aligns with company and brand objectives.
Develop, curate, and publish compelling, high-quality content across channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.
Plan and oversee a content calendar to support campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling.
Collaborate with internal partners—marketing, design, product, and more—to maintain brand consistency and amplify initiatives.
Engage with audiences authentically by monitoring conversations, responding promptly, and fostering community.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic, predictive analytics) for brainstorming, writing, trend forecasting, and audience engagement tactics.
Use AI-powered scheduling and optimization platforms to maximize efficiency and posting performance.
Measure, analyze, and report on social media performance using both native analytics and AI-enhanced tools.
Explore opportunities to expand reach through paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and emerging platforms.
Stay informed on industry best practices, platform changes, and the latest technologies shaping social media.
