LV Collective is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Intern to support our

hospitality concepts including Victory Lap, Tiger Lilly, and Daydreamer Coffee, as well

as other exciting new concepts in development. Think: buzzing coffee shops, game-day

bars, and all the places where people go to make memories. During this internship, you’ll

dive headfirst into the worlds of branding, content creation, influencer strategy and

outreach, and experiential marketing. It’s hands-on, high-energy, and perfect for someone

who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with and develop content creation, scheduling, and engagement across

multiple hospitality brands (primarily Instagram and TikTok)

• Build monthly content calendars to streamline organization

• Capture and edit real-time photos and videos at events, activations, and pop-ups

• Engage with followers by responding to Instagram DMs and foster a digital

community through thoughtful comments, replies, and interactive contentStay on

top of social trends, memes, and creative formats to keep our content fresh,

relevant, and on brand

• Build relationships with and coordinate communication with Brand Ambassadors,

influencers, NIL partners, and potential brand partners

• Support the planning and execution of brand activations ambassador campaigns,

and programming

• Track and report on performance metrics, KPIs and relevant analytics like

engagement, reach, and follower growth

• Assist with ideating, promoting, and executing engaging in-person events and

weekly programming• Utilize your campus connections to drive brand awareness and attendance to in-

person events and activations

• Ability to craft witty captions

• Collaborate and facilitate communication with brand ambassadors and onsite

hospitality teams to bring each concept’s brand to life

• Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned including but not limited to

brainstorming innovative marketing ideas

• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours or during evenings may be

required.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Photography, Public Relations, Journalism or related fields of study

• Skilled iPhone photographer and video editor; extensive experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere or other video editing apps

• Experience with Canva; graphic design skills a plus

• Strong grasp of major social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok

• Passion for the food, beverage, and hospitality industry with an interest in brand and social media marketing.

• Fluent in the English language, its rules and proper usage

Skills

• Energetic self-starter who can work well on a small team and independently

• Web savvy, skilled internet researcher

• Excellent organizational/time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

• A go-getter mentality—you take initiative and love to learn by doing and asking questions

Bonus Points if…

• Proficient with Later, Planoly or other social media scheduling tools

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and Illustrator

• Experience running social media for a nonprofit or business preferable but not required

• Experience in creating and monitoring digital ad campaigns both boosted and paid

This paid internship will run from May 2025 to August 2025 with the possibility to continue
