Key Responsibilities - Perform a variety of general construction tasks related to commercial storage facility projects.
- Work with tools and equipment to construct, repair, and maintain structures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
- Ensure all work is code-compliant and meets safety regulations.
- Assist in site preparation, material handling, and general labor as needed.
- Troubleshoot construction issues and implement solutions efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site, following all company and OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications - Proven experience in commercial construction and maintenance, specifically in storage facilities preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general construction techniques, including framing, drywall, flooring, and finishes.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Must have a reliable work ethic and ability to complete projects on time.
- No required licenses, but certifications in relevant trades are a plus.
