Position: ServiceNow Developer ( ITAM )
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
We are looking for a ServiceNow developer/Sr. developer for TSM (Telecom Service management) with focus on CSM implementation. They should be at least CIS-CSM certified
ServiceNow Platform Expertise:
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
Hands-on experience with TSM applications
Ability to align asset data modeling with service offerings tailored for B2B environments (i.e., external-facing services)
Asset & Configuration Management:
Understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Item (CI) lifecycle
Experience in designing or customizing asset models, including hardware, software
Data Modeling & Architecture:
Experience creating and managing relationships between services, applications, and infrastructure CIs
Technical Skills
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations
Familiarity with data normalization, reconciliation, and import sets
Data Management & Governance
Knowledge of Governance best practices around CMDB and IT Asset data
Strong documentation skills for data model diagrams, governance processes, and operational procedures
