Role: ServiceNow Administrator
Location: Remote (Candidates should ideally be based locally, though remote candidates will need to cover their travel expenses for occasional trips to Cleveland, approximately a few times a year)
Duration: 6 months contract-to-hire
Rate: Competitive, based on experience (All-inclusive)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about IT service management and eager to grow within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will play a critical role in managing, configuring, and optimizing our ServiceNow platform, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring configurations align with business needs and best practices.
Work on ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management modules to optimize workflows and processes.
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, creating efficient processes and user-friendly solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Provide technical support and guidance to end users, ensuring a seamless ServiceNow experience.
Develop and document new processes, workflows, and enhancements to continually improve platform usage.
Take ownership of incidents, requests, and problem resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required: ServiceNow Administrator Certification
Preferred: Certification in IT Service Management (CIS for ITSM)
At least 2.5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform configuration and administration.
Strong foundational knowledge and experience with ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management modules.
A strong desire to learn new skills and develop into a team leadership role over time.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Additional Requirements:
Must be available to start within two weeks from an accepted offer.
Must be willing to travel to Cleveland for team meetings or key activities a few times a year (travel expenses will be covered by the candidate).
