We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO & PPC Expert to join our team in Knoxville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising to help drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and optimize online performance. This role requires an analytical mindset, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. * Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization. * Create and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media. * Monitor and analyze website traffic, search rankings, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. * Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI. * Collaborate with the content and web development teams to improve website usability and SEO best practices. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing tools. Qualifications: * Proven experience in SEO and PPC campaign management. * Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Ads. * Strong understanding of link-building strategies and technical SEO. * Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and retargeting. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and reporting abilities. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: * Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications. * Experience in local SEO strategies and optimizing for Google My Business. * Background in eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B marketing.
