Position: Senior UI UX Designer
Location: hybrid in Buffalo, NY, Orlando, FL, or Chicago, IL

What You'll Need to Have:
Strong UI/UX design skills with a portfolio demonstrating both design and development work.
Mastery of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe).
Deep understanding of human-centered design principles and information architecture.
Ability to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive experiences.
Skilled in using analytics and user feedback to iterate on designs.
Experience with user research, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing.
Experience working in Agile team environments.
Ability to build components using HTML/CSS and React.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field.
5 10 years of professional design experience on consumer websites, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Demonstrable UX research experience.
UX design certification a plus.
Knowledge of logistics or transportation systems is a plus.
