Our multi-tenant customers rely on the ClientWorks product teams to help oversee the analysis, design, communication and implementation of these new products and capabilities as they become available.
As a member of the ClientWorks Product Strategy team, you will have primary responsibility for governance, from analysis to reviewing with internal teams on scope, priority and capacity, and overseeing the bi-annual publication of roadmaps for each multi-tenant customer group. You will also be involved in overseeing roadmap project implementation through project management and/or providing guidance to design decisions amongst the other ClientWorks product teams, as well as primary ownership of gathering feedback, lessons learned, etc. post implementation.

+ Primary project management ownership for the Oracle Health Patient Accounting and Charge Services products, with additional project management support on larger scale projects and organization imperatives - such as regulations, standardization and currency
+ Ongoing evaluation of new considerations for roadmap or products inputs
+ Governance oversight with detailed analysis, and collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
+ Create and present on written detail on initiatives on a regular basis - both internally and externally
+ Project Management on ongoing initiatives to ensure on-time project delivery, often with multiple projects in tandem
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure that our product solutions meet their needs and expectations.
+ Adhere to operational best practices and expectations defined by product strategy standard operating procedures
+ Escalate to leadership/others on project risk as needed
**Qualifications:**
+ 5-7+ years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on healthcare technology.
+ Foundational Millennium knowledge required
+ Self-reliant with high attention to detail and operational focus
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
+ Ability to manage multiple highly complex projects in tandem
+ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
