Position Overview::The Senior IT Business Analyst will play a critical role in understanding, analyzing, and translating business needs into technical solutions while managing IT-related projects from initiation to completion. Working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing departments, you'll identify unarticulated customer requirements and drive technology-enabled business improvements. This role requires a strong foundation in business analysis, system development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall. Experience with ERP and CRM platforms, particularly QAD ERP and Salesforce.com, is highly valuable as you'll be leading multiple initiatives while balancing business goals with technical feasibility.
