Sales Assistant & Customer Support Rep . who’s customer focused, a great communicator, and excited to be part of a collaborative team where you will learn, grow, and make an immediate impact.
Position Summary: As our
Sales Assistant/CSR , you’ll be the vital connection between our customers and the production team, ensuring every order runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll take ownership of customer needs by managing orders and solving problems while maintaining clear and consistent communication. As a proactive member of our team, you’ll deliver timely follow-ups, while building strong relationships to create a great customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email.
- Oversee customer support activities on Amazon or comparable e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Process, track, and monitor customer orders from entry through production.
- Proactively follow up with customers to confirm details, provide updates, and resolve any issues.
- Participate in Outbound Sales activities with current customers.
- Collaborate closely with production to ensure accuracy, on-time delivery, and smooth workflow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order or delivery problems in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records in the order management system.
- Support inside sales efforts, quoting and assisting with account development.
- Build positive relationships with customers through attentive, solution-driven service.
- Contribute to team goals and company growth initiatives.
Qualifications: - 2–3 years of customer service or inside sales experience , ideally in a manufacturing or related industry where you’ve supported products or orders.
Experience preparing quotes and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- A natural problem solver with strong follow-through — you don’t stop until the customer is taken care of.
- Clear and confident communicator , both on the phone and in writing.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented — you take pride in getting things right the first time.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) , order entry systems , and a CRM to manage customer information.
- A collaborative team player who works well with colleagues across departments.
- Brings a positive attitude , stays adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to grow with a company that’s growing too.
