Sales and Marketing Assistant Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will assist with customer inquiries, vehicle demonstrations, paperwork processing, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth car-buying experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing a friendly and professional experience.
• Support the Commercial Sales Team with test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and product knowledge.
• Answering phone calls, emails, and online inquiries, directing leads to an appropriate salesperson.
• Cold calling businesses to generate appointments.
• Coordinate appointments for test drives, financing discussions, and vehicle deliveries.
• Maintain vehicle displays, ensuring cars are clean and properly presented.
• Assist in processing paperwork for sales transactions, financing, and registrations.
• Assist with promotional events, marketing campaigns, and social media content.
• Provide general administrative support for the Commercial Sales Team and management.

• High school diploma or equivalent (a Marketing degree is a plus).
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or automotive sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn.

• Monday and Thursday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
