Job Title: Robotic Process Automation Developer III
Job Type: Full Time

Job Overview

An RPA Developer Level III designs, deploys, and maintains scalable process automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) frameworks, tools, and applications. This role involves developing specifications to design, configure, and implement automated workflow solutions, streamlining business processes, and ensuring the seamless integration of automation components with existing systems.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Design and Deployment: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable process automation solutions using UiPath
  • Specifications Development: Develop detailed specifications to design, configure, and implement automated workflow solutions.
  • Automation Components: Deliver reusable automation components compatible with existing systems and applications using UiPath.
  • Monitoring and Testing: Routinely monitor and test RPA solutions, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Process Analysis: Gather and analyze existing process flows, use cases, and technical requirements to identify new opportunities for automation.
  • Performance Metrics: Collect data and metrics to monitor and maintain bot performance, measure utilization, and enhance functionality.
  • Documentation: Document and maintain scripts, algorithms, and logic to ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable performance and functionality.
 
Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of RPA development and process optimization experience utilizing UIPath
  • 4-7 years of Solutions Architecture experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on Python scripting experience for automation, data processing, and system integrations, including familiarity with automation libraries and frameworks.
  • Advanced UiPath knowledge or demonstrated aptitude for rapid acquisition (including Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Communication Mining, Queues/Transactions, Dispatcher/Performers, and APIs)
  • Experience with Design Documentation
  • Proficiency in Process and Workflow analysis
  • Flexible mindset preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate IT technical skills, including code analysis, impact analysis, and risk assessment
As a Level III RPA Developer, you will be expected to be able to anticipate necessary efforts and be self-directed when appropriate. You will also be called upon to lead and mentor developers junior to yourself in best practices. Responsibilities and skills include:
  • Lead feature development and complex architectural changes.
  • Make critical decisions on system design, performance, and scalability.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
  • Drive best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Perform deep debugging and analysis of system failures, latency issues, and bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals with technical execution.
  • Improve software development processes, introduce automation, and reduce technical debt.
  • Can lead projects independently from inception to completion.
  • Able to identify potential system weaknesses and proactively improve them.
  • Provides strategic guidance on scaling, monitoring, and securing applications.
  • Can troubleshoot and resolve critical production incidents quickly.
