What You'll Do
Provide direct patient care using the nursing process, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes.
Assess learning needs and implement effective education strategies for patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and colleagues.
Delegate tasks effectively and provide leadership within the nursing team.
Utilize data, information, and knowledge to evaluate and promote improvements in patient care.
Uphold principles of customer service and teamwork to enhance patient and employee satisfaction.
Maintain accountability for professional practice and ongoing development.
Perform additional duties as required.
What We're Looking For
Education:
Required: Registered Nurse diploma.
Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Experience:
No prior experience required. New graduates are welcome!
Certifications:
Required: Current RN license in the state of practice.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred: Specialty certification in a clinical area.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong computer proficiency and ability to use web-based applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present information clearly and professionally to patients and healthcare teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Frequent movement of 10-20 pounds; occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.
Exposure to blood, body fluids, and other potentially infectious materials.
Potential exposure to hazardous materials in a healthcare environment.
Compliance with workplace safety, infection control, and professional standards.
