Job Description

Setting: Corrections Hours: 36 Shift: Days and overnights Duration: 13 weeks Weekend requirement: every other Orientation: First week, M-F 8a-4:30p Requirements: 1 year of corrections experience The Correctional RN works in collaboration with otherhealthcare professionals, correctional officers, and administrators to ensurethe well-being of the incarcerated population. The Correctional RN utilizes their knowledge to address the specificchallenges and limitations of the correctional environment while providing careto their patient population. This careincludes both routine and emergency health care in a correctional facilitysetting.
