Job Description: Job Title: Reserve Guard Job Location: Camden, NJ Job Schedule: Part-Time The Position: L3Harris is currently seeking a part-time Security Guard for our Camden, NJ location. This position is a part-time position and bargaining unit represented position. Part-time Guards work all shifts: Monday - Sunday; and must be available for weekday evenings and weekends. Hourly rate is $18.65 with no Health or Welfare benefits. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Must be able to work under general direction part-time/on-call Security Guards will ensure a safe and secure working environment for L3Harris employees, tenants, guests, and facility. - Ensure parking patrons are not interfering with or prohibiting employee departure and arrival to the facility. - Patrol building perimeter via foot, or vehicle. - Monitor building entries and exits. - May be required to perform Entry Control and administrative duties. - Operate access control and alarm system. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: - High School Diploma - Must be a US Citizen - Obtain and maintain DoD secret security clearance. - Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. - Prior Security Guard experience preferred. - Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact in a positive and diplomatic manner. - Must possess basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, i.e., Word, Outlook, etc. - Ability to work independently. - Must be available for weekday evenings and weekends. - Must be available to work different shifts Sunday-Saturday. - Must have a flexible schedule. - Must properly wear company provided uniform. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary for this role is $18.65/hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
