Remote HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support the expansion of our long-standing global personal development company. In this role, you’ll use your natural communication and coordination strengths to engage with warm candidates, guide them through discovery and onboarding, and ensure a positive, high-touch experience — all from the comfort of your home or perhaps a holiday Villa!

Key Responsibilities - Respond to inquiries from warm leads interested in our programs
- Conduct structured discovery calls and consultative interviews (scripts provided)
- Guide prospective clients through the information and onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up communication using CRM systems
- Coordinate schedules, update client profiles, and ensure smooth onboarding
- Create or post job and marketing content (templates + training provided)
- Use tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and online scheduling platforms
- Participate in your own personal development journey alongside the community
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have - 5+ years of professional experience in HR, recruitment, or talent coordination
- Confidence in phone/video-based interviewing and screening conversations
- A warm, people-first communication style — both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and follow through
- Interest in personal growth and purpose-driven work
- Familiarity with digital tools like CRM software, Zoom, or Google Workspace
- Bonus: Experience with social media or basic content tools (training provided)
