Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Developing and executing creative for a wide range of Marketing graphics, banners, signage, recipe booklets, posters, and brand package designs/concepts.
Will work closely with marketing, legal and corporate on creative approvals as well as with outside agencies and freelancers to insure that overflow projects are developed within our brand/corporate standards.
Manage internal creative projects through the phases of:
Concept & Layout
Presentation
Print Production/Proof Approvals
Output/Delivery
Will work closely with the Project Leader/Marketing Managers to design new product packaging and sales launch materials.
Continue to develop a strong base knowledge regarding concept, design, typography, layout, equipment, and graphic software (Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Bridge, and Acrobat). Develop technical skills to move a project from concept through execution, on time and within the allotted budgets. Provide a strong skill set in mechanical output for both print and packaging layouts.
