Muir Station Smiles in Martinez, CA is a dedicated dental practice committed to providing quality care in a friendly and compassionate environment. Our team is composed of passionate professionals who strive to enhance the dental experience for our patients through excellent service and teamwork.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will provide support to the dentist during various dental procedures and ensure a positive experience for our patients. 

Schedule

• This is a full-time position
• Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) in compliance with safety standards.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans.
• Maintain an organized and sterile environment by adhering to infection control protocols and sterilization procedures.
• Manage patient records and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Assist with the ordering and inventory management of dental supplies and materials.

Qualifications

• Current RDA license and certification in the state of California
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Proven experience as a dental assistant or in a similar role preferred
• Proficient in dental software and technology is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to patient care
