Job Overview

Regional Sales Manager – Manage the Customers in assigned states in the USA. Traveling for customer visits and phone/email contacts with the customer base. Travel is approximately 15- 20%.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Must have experience in territorial, key account, and project management.

 Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance and objectives.

 Maintains accurate records of all sales and activity reports.

 Creates and conducts proposal presentations to prospective and existing customers.

 Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.

 Maintains proper communication with all customers in the to ensure high levels of

customer satisfaction.

 Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

 Sets short and long-term sales strategies.

 Should be familiar with common business concepts, practices and procedures.

 A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

 Develop key relationships with strategic customers.

 Achieve pre-defined sales targets

 Work closely with the Project, Design, Marketing and Production teams to ensure

customer requirements are met on a timely basis.

 Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

Minimum Qualifications:

 The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal

and written communication skills who is able to excel in a technical sales environment.

 5-10 years of technical sales experience.

 Aptitude for electro-mechanical products a plus.

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

 Technologically advanced and oriented. Must have above average computer and

technical skills.

 Strong communication and presentation skills.

 Customer service oriented and organized.

Must have a natural ability to engage in business relationships with individuals and groups and a desire to improve these talents.

 Associates Degree in Business related field or 5+ experience in sales.
