You will have access to major search tools with the expectation you must make professional phone calls daily. A BS degree along with 1-2 years of direct experience either as an Account manager or Recruiter in a technical or manufacturing field is desired. You are offered a base + commission with bonuses or a draw vs commission pay structure. Either compensation plan should allow you to reach a first-year income of $60k to $80k.
