Job Title: Real Estate Coordinator
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Real Estate Coordinator to join our client to support the seamless processing of post-closing documentation and ensure accurate, timely recording of real estate transactions. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance standards by reviewing executed documents, preparing recording packets, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a detail-heavy environment and enjoys keeping fast-moving workflows organized. This is a full-time, onsite contract-to-hire position based in Seattle, Washington.
Compensation:
$25–$28/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Real Estate Coordinator:
• Post-Closing Document Processing – Review, sort, and scan executed closing documents, ensuring they are accurately completed and distributed to appropriate parties.
• Recording Management – Record real estate documents via e-file, courier, or mail, adhering to jurisdictional requirements and state timelines.
• Documentation & Affidavit Preparation – Prepare recording affidavits and compile county-specific cover sheets with accurate data for submission.
• Quality Review & Compliance – Examine all recordable documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring timely processing and compliance with state statutes.
• Stakeholder Communication – Address questions from internal teams and external partners professionally, providing timely and clear updates.
Qualifications and Skills for the Real Estate Coordinator:
• Experience working in a detail-driven administrative, real estate, or documentation-focused role.
• Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while balancing a high-volume workload and meeting deadlines.
• Professional communication skills and comfort interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
