**QC Inspector** Quality Control Livermore, CA, US + Added - 05/11/2025 Apply for Job Pay Rate Low: 21 | Pay Rate High: 25 **Position Summary** We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Line Inspector to ensure manufacturing operations meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting real-time inspections, monitoring production processes, and maintaining comprehensive quality documentation to support continuous improvement initiatives. **Location** : Livermore, CA **Hours** : M-F 5am-1:30pm or 6am-2:30pm **Pay** : $21-$25/hour **Type** : 6-month contract to hire **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Monitor manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to established procedures and work instructions. + Conduct pre-production area clearances to verify removal of previous batch materials and components. + Halt production activities when critical quality deviations or non-conformances are identified. + Perform systematic inspections of first articles, initial production units, and random sample selections. + Review and authorize production labeling materials for compliance with specifications. + Maintain daily environmental monitoring records and temperature documentation. **Minimum Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent certification required. + Minimum of two years experience in manufacturing quality control or related field. + Data entry capabilities and familiarity with quality management systems. + Understanding of inspection techniques and measurement tools. + Demonstrated capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. + Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
