Hiring: Python Engineer + AI/ML | Plano, TX | W2 Only |

Location: Plano, TX (100% Onsite Local Candidates Only)

Employment Type: W2 Only

Duration: Long-term

We are seeking a Python Engineer with strong AI/ML expertise to join our growing data science & engineering team. This is a dual-project role that demands solid experience in working with large-scale data , developing and deploying machine learning models , and collaborating cross-functionally with data science, product, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and implement ML models to solve real-world business problems.
• Handle massive datasets using Python, NumPy, Pandas, PySpark.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to define AI/ML objectives.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Deploy ML solutions into production with optimization and scalability in mind.
• Stay current with AI/ML trends, frameworks, and research.
• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code; contribute to code reviews and dev standards.

Technical Requirements:

• Python expertise (NumPy, Pandas, PySpark) - Must Have
• Strong experience with ML libraries : scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills
• Experience working with large-scale, high-volume data pipelines
• Java, Spring, and Microservices experience - Nice to Have
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Plus
