They will be strategic thinkers with deep technical expertise and sound judgement. This personable leader will be an excellent communicator and collaborator, foster a team-oriented culture, and ensure staff feel supported. Successful candidates will have six years of increasingly responsible Public Works experience, including five years of management experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
