  • Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, side effects, and recovery goals.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) consistent with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and organizational standards.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision as required.
  • Stay current with best practices in psychiatric and addiction medicine through continuing education.

What You Bring

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies.
  • Active, unrestricted Vermont license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), APRN, or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
  • High levels of patient engagement and treatment adherence.
  • Accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of all patient encounters.
  • Collaboration that supports integrated, recovery-oriented care.

Why Join Pathfinder Recovery

  • $70 - $80/hour compensation.
  • Direct supervision and support from experienced leadership.
  • Opportunity to work in a forward-thinking, innovation-driven organization.
  • Ongoing professional development in both clinical practice and emerging behavioral health technology.

If you want to combine your nursing expertise with the most advanced tools in behavioral health - and be part of a team committed to transforming lives - apply today.

Requirements
