Job Description

Property Protectors, LLC is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team. The position will be based out of our Tulsa office, and is responsible for providing on-site property checks and preventative maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate should be prompt and reliable, have superior support and communication skills. This is an ideal job for a retiree.

• Support the Client – Weekly property checks to include - exterior status reporting; propane tank replacement; light cleaning of patio furniture and grills; Light weeding as needed and post severe weather checks. Interior inspection to include smoke detector battery and filter replacements, checking all lights and fixtures. Creating reports for issues noticed during inspection.

Requirements: 

• Friendly with good interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with good time management skills
• Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Follow workplace health and safety rules
• Ability to lift 50 pounds periodically
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

Compensation:

• $20/property.  Each inspection should take less than an hour.
