Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager with Collibra platform experience to support a U.S.-based client initiative focused on data access and workflow management within a demo marketplace environment. This hybrid consulting role requires a professional who is comfortable managing project plans, leading client demos, facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT), and translating partner feedback into actionable next steps for technical teams.
While not a developer role, this position demands a strong understanding of Collibra workflows, governance processes, and data access management concepts. The ideal candidate will combine structured project management capability with client-facing confidence and technical fluency to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management activities including task tracking, dependency management, issue resolution, and timeline maintenance.
Conduct client-facing demonstrations of Collibra data access workflows and marketplace capabilities.
Facilitate UAT sessions, gather partner feedback, and communicate findings effectively to the platform and technical delivery teams.
Maintain clear project documentation, risk logs, and communication plans.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data governance teams, and platform owners to ensure alignment on goals, milestones, and outcomes.
Monitor progress and proactively address blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and client satisfaction through structured communication and follow-through.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
7 10 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in project management roles supporting technology or data governance initiatives.
Working knowledge of Collibra Data Intelligence Platform concepts - able to navigate workflows, interpret governance structures, and lead business discussions on usage (no development required).
Proven success managing hybrid or matrixed teams in consulting or client-facing environments.
Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to interface confidently with partners and technical contributors.
Experience running UAT or business acceptance sessions for workflow or data management solutions.
Life sciences or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications preferred but not required.
