Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious team.
• Develop and implement production schedules, labor plans, and resource allocation to meet demand.
• Monitor production processes, implement quality control measures, and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.
• Optimize production costs, minimize waste, and manage departmental budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing principles, and process optimization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a focus on productivity and safety.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with production management software (ERP/MES) and data analysis.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience with industrial automation or robotics technologies.
