This role will focus on managing Work in Progress (WIP) transactions in Oracle, overseeing job distribution, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle production control systems and understanding of manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage WIP transactions in Oracle, ensuring accurate and timely updates to support production schedules.
• Oversee job distribution, coordinating workflow to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring materials are available for production.
• Support production planning efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align inventory and job priorities.
• Troubleshoot Oracle-related issues related to production control and inventory management.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems, with experience managing WIP transactions.
• Background in production control or manufacturing, preferably in an aerospace or highly regulated environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage job distribution efficiently.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Ability to collaborate with production teams and supply chain personnel to support operational goals.
• Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory management best practices in a production environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
• Prior experience working in an aerospace or defense manufacturing setting.
