Classroom Management & Student Engagement:Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom/learning environment. Establish and maintain standards of student behavior. Lead students in hands-on, collaborative projects in both PE and STEM. Organize and facilitate student participation in STEM-related events like science fairs or coding competitions. Assessment & Communication:Assess student progress through various methods (formative and summative) to inform instruction and celebrate achievements.Evaluate student progress and the ability to meet curriculum standards in PE and STEM.Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills.Regularly communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Physical Education, Health Education, or a related field (such as a STEM subject) highly preferred.Experience: Previous teaching experience at the elementary level is often preferred. Experience with inquiry-based or project-based learning is beneficial.Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and technological skills are essential.
