Job Description

Pest Control Technician is the most vital person needed in a pest control company. As a Pest Control Technician, you will apply treatment to the sites assigned each day. Sleep Tight Pest Control is looking for multiple highly qualified and self-reliant Branch 2 Field Representatives or Applicator. No sales will be required, no stress atmosphere, and you will have full office scheduling support.

Looking to hire IMMEDIATELY. Our office is located in San Francisco, and service the San Francisco Bay Area.

All new Technician hires will be given a sign-on bonus of $2500 to be paid out once probational period of 90 days has passed.

Your duties as a Tech will consist of, but not limited to, the following:
- Site prep done by other team members, but not limited
- Determine appropriate treatment method
- Provide preventative and exclusion options
- Write and maintain service reports and written records of daily stops
- Adhere to company, state, federal pest control standards, rules, and regulation
- Service residential and commercial accounts
- Perform and/or prescribe "Integrated Pest Management" techniques
- Use of OSHA mandated personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Communicate with and update Sleep Tight office via Internal App

The skills and qualifications we need in a tech would be the following:
- Branch 2 License Field Representative or Applicator license
- Maintain license/certificates as required by law
- Experienced as a Branch 2 Field Representative or Applicator license a must
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have driver's license and must provide driving history.

Compensation:
- Branch 2 Field Representative - $32.00 per hour
- Branch 2 Applicator - $27.00 per hour
