Job Summary

GYMGUYZ is #1 in Home and Onsite Personal Training nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a GYMGUYZ Personal Training Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing fitness operations, leading team members, and providing personal training services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial sales Assessments and drive monthly revenue goals.
  • Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
  • Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
  • Conduct Reassessments.
  • Mentor and lead a team of personal trainers.
  • Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support.
  • Educate clients about proper exercise techniques and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
  • Monitor and track client progress to ensure maximum results.
  • Drive to and from client training sessions.
  • Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
  • Attend monthly team meetings.

Sales :

  • Generate new leads and business opportunities through various channels.
  • Conduct assessments and effectively communicate the value of GYMGUYZ services. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Operations :

  • Ensure that the team has a high level of knowledge with respect to GYMGUYZ training programs and equipment.
  • Emphasize the importance of team member involvement in the community and neighborhood.
  • Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to the clients.

Administrative :

  • Utilize solid computer skills to manage client data, schedules, and progress tracking.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management) is preferred.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and personal training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
  • CPR/AED certification.
  • Previous sales experience in the fitness industry.
  • 1-3 years of management experience in the fitness industry including managing people.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for health and fitness.
  • Willingness to travel daily for work and possess a dependable vehicle.
