Personal Assistant to Support the Lady of the House We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support our client in managing her personal and household affairs. This role is well-suited for someone who excels at multitasking, takes initiative, and can anticipate needs before they arise. The ideal candidate is experienced, poised, personable, and brings a warm, professional demeanor to every interaction. Key Responsibilities Conduct online and in-person research for various projects and personal interests Book travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, ground transport, itineraries) Manage emails and correspondence on Mrs behalf Pack and unpack for trips and local moves between residences Order food, household supplies, and gifts, ensuring timely deliveries Prepare light meals and snacks as needed Drive Mrs. to appointments, errands, and social engagements Run errands (dry cleaning, shopping, returns, post office, etc.) Tidy and organize spaces when necessary (note: a cleaning crew handles deep cleans, and a housekeeper is present five days a week) Travel with Mrs. as required to assist with logistics and coordination Use technology comfortably to manage calendars, online orders, and communication Qualifications Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar household-support role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and discretion Tech-savvy, comfortable with apps, email, scheduling, and online research Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to travel domestically and occasionally internationally Positive, adaptable, and service-oriented attitude Comfortable working in a private household setting with other staff Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary of$100,000 to $125,000,to commensurate with experience Paid time off and travel expenses covered when accompanying Mrs. Supportive and respectful working environment Housing provided if needed To Apply: Please apply at for consideration; if already on our job board, click Apply Now.
