Job Description:
Healing Hands Diagnostic Lab is seeking a PRN Echocardiographer (Cardiac Sonographer) to perform echocardiograms for our patients on an as-needed basis. This is a contract position, and the ideal candidate must have their own ultrasound equipment and be able to travel to our lab in Tucker, GA for scheduled appointments.
Responsibilities:
✔ Perform echocardiograms and provide high-quality imaging for physician interpretation.
✔ Ensure proper patient positioning and comfort during exams.
✔ Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment efficiently.
✔ Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate diagnoses.
✔ Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards, including HIPAA compliance.
Requirements:
✅ Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification.
✅ Must have own echocardiogram equipment.
✅ Ability to travel to our lab in Tucker, GA as needed.
✅ Minimum 1-2 years of echocardiography experience preferred.
✅ Strong patient care and communication skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and maintain professional standards.
✅ Experience in mobile echocardiography or traveling sonography is a plus.
Compensation:
Contract-based, per-exam payment -$75 to $80.
Flexible scheduling based on patient needs, typically during business hours.
