YELLOW Georgetown is open and thriving! We are seeking an AM pastry cook to expand our team, and who is excited about bringing a sincere sense of hospitality to a great space on Wisconsin Ave NW in the heart of Georgetown.
Chef/owner Michael Rafidi takes inspiration from his family’s Palestinian roots, bringing to the table an experience that melds the ancient tradition of the region’s coal-fired cuisine with local, seasonal, Mid-Atlantic ingredients and a refined culinary acumen. The Georgetown location of YELLOW, expands on the offerings of the Navy Yard flagship, with pastries which meld Levantine ingredients with classic French technique, pita sandwiches, and inventive coffee offerings by day, and hand made pizzas, mezze, and wine bar selections by night. The AM Pastry/Prep cook will prep pastry and some savory menu items to support both breakfast and lunch services. Minimum 1 year experience required....Ansible and Azure DevOps. Experience with CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps. Working knowledge of pyspark, Collibra, Power BI, and Tableau integration workflows.
