Chef/owner Michael Rafidi takes inspiration from his family’s Palestinian roots, bringing to the table an experience that melds the ancient tradition of the region’s coal-fired cuisine with local, seasonal, Mid-Atlantic ingredients and a refined culinary acumen. The Georgetown location of YELLOW, expands on the offerings of the Navy Yard flagship, with pastries which meld Levantine ingredients with classic French technique, pita sandwiches, and inventive coffee offerings by day, and hand made pizzas, mezze, and wine bar selections by night.
