Part-Time Evening/Weekend Administrative Assistant
Ellsworth Adult & Community Education (Ellsworth School Department) is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to perform ongoing job responsibilities including answering the telephone and greeting visitors, instructors and adult learners at the learning center and locations throughout the community and online; assisting with the management of an online catalog, ZOOM licenses, social media and program calendar, processing course evaluations, and assisting adult education staff as necessary.
The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be courteous, friendly, respectful of all people and be committed to lifelong learning and continuous improvement. Strong technology skills required. School year schedule 2-4 evenings (Mon-Thu) and some Saturdays (about 12 or 24 hours per week) NOTE: This position could be divided in half if that worked best for potential candidates. Pro-rated benefits available.
