Now Hiring: Outdoor Environment Teacher (Grades 1–3)

Mesa, Arizona | 2025–2026 School Year (Starting July 2025)

Do you love being outdoors and working with children? Montessori Education Centre – Charter School (MEC), North Campus is hiring a Lower Elementary Outdoor Environment Teacher to lead experiential, nature-based learning in a Montessori setting.

Our outdoor classroom connects students to the natural world while supporting academic and social development. This is a wonderful opportunity for a creative, nurturing educator who thrives outside the traditional classroom.

• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress)
• Passion for nature, outdoor education, and Montessori principles
• Experience working with children ages 6–9

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
