As an Optometric Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and that every patient feels cared for. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients with a warm smile and assisting with check-ins.
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
- Managing patient records and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Assisting with billing and insurance verification.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Supporting the optometric team with administrative tasks as needed.
