OPM leader
In summary, a PM manager is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully through effective leadership, coordination, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership & Execution:
- Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. This involves setting project goals, defining timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Team Management & Coordination:
- Leading and mentoring project management teams or cross-functional project teams. Facilitating collaboration between different departments (such as R&D, production, quality, and sales) to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood and communicated internally. Regularly updating stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Overseeing the tracking of project metrics (such as cost, quality, delivery, and service), compiling reports, identifying potential risks or delays, and implementing corrective actions.
- Process Improvement:
- Developing and maintaining project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and consistency across projects
Requirements:
- 10years OEM factory PM experience, Apple or similar product line OPM experience are plus.
- Familiar with the NPI process from product development till launch.
- Experienced manufacturing background, full understanding of factory operations, able to provide creative/most correct operation solutions
- Demonstrated ability of responding quickly to customer requests with professional manner and providing solid plan & solutions.
- Demonstrated ability of managing day-to-day operations of tasks and working under pressure with high quality of output, example logical and meticulous data presenting.
- Strong communication & negotiation in both verbal and written skills
- Think ahead with sense of schedule to identify project risk for team and propose mitigation solutions.
- Native speaking in both Mandarin & English are required. PMP is a plus. OPM leader
