Job Description

We’re hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in internal medicine and managed care to support several primary care clinics in the Southwest Orlando area. 

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality primary care coverage for clinics experiencing PTO gaps, census spikes, or staffing shortages
  
• Deliver comprehensive internal medicine care to an adult population
  
• Utilize your managed care expertise to support HEDIS measures, accurate MRA coding, and quality outcomes
  
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure continuity of care across patient panels
  
• Adapt quickly to new clinic environments while maintaining consistent, patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

• $120,000 – $140,000 base salary, depending on experience
  
• Full benefits package
  
• Mileage reimbursement for all travel between assigned clinics

Requirements

Florida Nurse Practitioner Medical License

Experience in Internal Medicine and/or Managed Care
