We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to support a leading manufacturer of flow control solutions serving global water and industrial infrastructure markets. Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, the NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the NetSuite ERP platform to ensure it aligns with business needs and supports end users effectively. This includes system configuration, user support, testing, and maintaining integrations, workflows, and analytics.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Administer user roles, permissions, and access issues including 2FA resets.
  • Monitor and test NetSuite biannual releases and global updates.
  • Develop and maintain saved searches, dashboards, SuiteAnalytics datasets, and reports.
  • Provide technical support via ticketing system and resolve configuration issues.
  • Debug SuiteScript issues and collaborate with developers on complex bugs.
  • Maintain integrations with systems such as Engineering PDM, Pacejet, Avalara, and DotSolved.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders on enhancements and system improvements.
  • Prepare reports for audits and compliance, and perform CSV updates for data integrity.
  • Lead testing and validation for system updates and new features.
  • Participate in upgrade planning and process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits of system configurations to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar technical role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP, including workflows, saved searches, and user management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external developers.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification.
  • Experience with NetSuite OneWorld and multi-subsidiary environments.
  • Familiarity with SuiteScript and NetSuite customizations.
  • Understanding of basic manufacturing concepts (e.g., BOM structure, blueprint reading, revision control).
  • Experience with document management systems.
